A few months ago I was looking for something new to tryout with my taco's and a friend on facebook recommended Smoke Canyon's Smoke Roasted Jalapeno Sauce. I ordered a case and gave it out to a few buddies to test out. It has become our go too sauce for burgers, tacos, and added to a few Barbecue Sauces we been making. The taste is amazing.
You think with Jalapeno's it would be hot, but its not. With your first bite you think the heat is going to increase but it mellows and a sweet kick hits in. The peppers are slow roasted over Missouri Hardwood then combined with the finest ingredients. Like most good sauces this started out as a gift for friends and family for their enjoyment. Then after they were told it was one of the best products they ever had, it was bottled for the rest of us.
