Smoked Meat on foil (wrong way to do it) |
Adding an injection marinade to your large meats such as Brisket, Pork Shoulders and even poultry adds another flavor to your barbecue and keeps the meat juicy. Top award winning teams have used these marinades to crate their own flavor profile to keep them a step ahead of the others. This marinade was created with the award winning Outlaw Moonshine Apple Pie Shine.
This recipe is best used in a pork shoulder. Inject your meat, add your choice of BBQ Rub - We recommend the Big Tex Rebel Rub - wrap in plastic over night or for at least 4 hours. Unwrap and your ready to smoke some meat. Enjoy.
