I was at a party and someone was serving these and it was awesome. Its cheap and easy. They even taste good cold. You can make ahead of time and reheat too. If you want to step it up make your own chili and muffin mix and make it truly your recipe.
Ingredients:
2 Cans of Chili
2 Cans of Biscuits
Chesse for Topping (optional)
How to Make:
1. Preheat oven to 350 or temperature listed on your Biscuit can.
2. Place Biscuits in greased or non-stick muffin tins.
3. Push middles down to create a bowl shape. Spoon Chili in the middles filling to top.
4. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. (Once biscuits are golden brown your done)
5. If adding cheese to top besure to added it near the end of your cook time to melt the chesse.
6. Remove from muffin tins and your ready to serve.
