Just because its a little cold outside dosn't mean the barbecue world stops. This weekend September 12 in Antioch California the 1st Annual Smokin' on the Delta will be held at the Antioch Fairgrounds. A total of $1074 in prizes are on the line for Chicken, Ribs, Pull Pork and Brisket. 30 teams are already lined up to compete. Local heros like Tom's Big Pig and Slap Yo Daddy are on the list. Up and coming teams like the Butchers Daughter and Chain Smokers should give everyone a run for their money.
