Ingredients:
2tbs Chipotle Chilies in adobo, including sauce
1lb Ground Beef Chuck
1/2cp Onion, finely chopped
1tsp Salt
4 Buns
Procedure:
1. Prepare grill for cooking over medium-hot heat.
2. Open and de-seed Chipotles. Mince.
3. Mix Chipotles with sauce, beef, onion, and salt with your hands, then from mixture into 4 patties. (3/4-inch thick)
4. Grill Burgers on lightly oiled grill rack, turning once. Grill until medium rare. Remove and let rest.
5. Grill Buns
6. Serve with mustard, ketchup and desired produce.
