Smoked Salmon with crackers


Yield: 24 Balls

Ingredients:

Smoked Red Salmon       16oz
Cream Cheese                  8oz
Lemon Juice                      1tbs
Horseradish                          1tsp
Grated Onion                     2tsp
Salt                                      ¼ tsp
Crackers                             24
Pepper
Paprika
Parsley

Procedure

1.    Cut Salmon into small chunks
2.    Mix together cream cheese, lemon juice, horseradish, and grated onion, salt and pepper until fluffy.
3.    Add Salmon to cream cheese.
4.    Chill mixture for 1 hour.
5.    Form mixture into 1oz balls.
6.    Refrigerate for 2 hours
7.    Place each ball on a cracker and sprinkle with paprika, pepper, and parsley before service.
