Nor Cal Seafood Boil

Serves 6


2          Sweet Onions
3          Ears of Corn
6          Garlic Cloves
4          Baby Artichokes Trimmed and Halved
4 qt      Water
1 lbs     Red-Skin Potatoes
1          Zatarain's Seafood Boil
1tbs     Kosher Salt
1.5 lbs  Shrimp: 16/20 count
1          Dungeness Crabs (1lbs or larger)


Add water to a large stockpot or Masterbuilt Steamer then add potatoes and bring up to temp about 250 degrees

Add corn, artichokes, garlic cloves, Crab and the Zatarain's Seafood Boil pack. Cook until tender, 15 minutes

Add Shrimp and cook until pink and firm about 5 minutes.

Serve Immediately. Pour over newspapers, pop a cold Miller High Life  open and Enjoy!

Suggest serving with grilled french bread.
