A 72 year old meat worker at the Central Valley Meat Company in Kings County 
some how fell into a meat grinding machine and didn’t make it out alive. This plant has been under investigation for two previous accidents. One of which a lady lost part of her hand. In 2004 the company had to pay $1,100 for a worker that got sucked into a meat grinder when clean it.

I’m sure you’ll see their profit fall while they get yet another investigation cleared. They might get the rep for serving human meat.
