Here's a simple little recipe I made up the other night. Perfect for a quick dinner for two
or kids.
Yield: 2 Adults for 4 kids
Ingredients:
1 Can of Baked Beans
2 Hot Dogs
2 Slices of Bread
1/2 Small Onion
1/2 Cup of Grated Cheese
2 Teaspoons of Oil
Procedure:
For the Beans
. If serving kids cut the bread in half to get 4 servings.

Ingredients:
1 Can of Baked Beans
2 Hot Dogs

For the Beans
- Cut onion into small dice.
- Cut Hot Dogs
in bite size bits.
- Heat a meduim size sauce pan with oil.
- Add onions and saute until they are golden brown.
- Add Hot Dogs and cook for 1-2 minutes
- Add the can of baked beans. I used Van Camp's
Bacon
Pork and Baked Bean
- Preheat the oven to 350 f degrees.
- Butter both sides of the bread.
- Cover in cheese.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes to melt and brown the cheese. (add garlic salt for a garlic flavoring)
