Here comes a brand new Nor Cal BBQ joint in Redding. Mike Tomlinson a hobbyist Q’er is going pro. Mike and his wife will be opening Brick’s Smokehouse Barbecue & Grill. For the past 18 years Mike has been fine tuning his skill on the smoker. The new Smokehouse will be serving Tri-Tip, Ribs, Beef, Pulled Pork and Chicken. The price is rite and the plate is full. It’s my kind of place. Go on by and check them out. Their open Monday to Saturday from 11a.m to 7p.m.
