On a trip to Willits California to visit family I found a brand of Marinades by the Island Boy Co. I never heard of them before and decided to give them a try. We snagged a pack of pork chops from the local market and got started in the kitchen. The bottle suggest rubbing down the meat the letting it sit for about 2 hours. While we waited be got the side of greens ready and fired up the grill. The chops cooked up nicely and the Jamaican Style Garlic sauce was amazing. Everyone enjoyed it. It had a garlic taste that gave the meat a real kick. I recommend you try these guys out. Not sure if they are in majors stores. I did link to their website below.
