National Beef Cook-Off in Sonoma California

Enter today for a chance to compete and win a trip to Sonoma, in the heart of California wine country! That lucky person could be you!

Sonoma provides a rustic backdrop for eligible competitors to draw on their culinary inspiration and create winning beef dishes.

Fifteen Home Cook finalists will be invited to compete for $70,000 in total prizes with the grand prize winner receiving $25,000 on September 23, 2009 in Sonoma, California.

Six Professional Restaurant Chefs will compete for prizes totaling approximately $5,000 on September 21, 2009 in Sonoma, California.

The National Beef Cook-Off requires entrants to:

• Submit original beef recipes that have a simple style that reflects the Sonoma-Style diet, using few ingredients that compliment the beef while adding color, texture and flavor to the dish.

• Use one of the appropriate cooking methods for the featured beef cuts listed on this web site.

• Be creative and let your “Sonoma-Style” shine with delicious, healthy beef recipe entries.

This year the recipe categories feature a new format, focusing on a “Sonoma-Style” theme. Click here to enter your original recipe online!

Now more than ever, the National Beef Cook-Off is reaching out to food and health involved consumers. We are looking for beef recipes that help meet your needs for taste, health and enjoyment.

Oh, I see. I like his cooking and some aspects of his shows. But I don't like the man at all.

He personally insulted and offended a good freind of mine, and I just can't forgive that!

He does do some great work for small restaurants on DDD, so best of luck with that.
