For the past few years I have been doing the Big Tex Rebel Rub with all my Turkeys. Each year I change the injection and wood types to see which one I like the best. This year is The Big Tex Rebel Rub with a Spicy Apple Juice injection and a mixture of Apple and Coffee wood. This recipe seems to have the best results with my friends and family. Try it out yourself. Get a bottle with a bag of Whiskey River Jerky and a FREE Bead Necklace (good sticking stuffer).
