For the past five years I've done every part of the Kitchen Business and found I like being outside over a hot fire cooking food to the masses the best. Love the interaction, love the smell and love not being behind walls. I started this blog, Nor Cal BBQ and started telling the story of whats going on in our area. Each post took be closer to my goals of doing barbecue as a full time job. We now have over 150,000 hits and several products on the internet market.
After a few years of writing Nor Cal BBQ and looking around at the other BBQ Websites like KCBS.com, CBBQA.org, and a few other national websites I realized there is a need for a California Barbecue Website that list everything going on in the Golden State. CBBQA as done a good job listing event, contest, teams and much more but its set up more for folks in the business. I wanted to create something to help the folks in the biz get more fans and expand on their brands. So I built California Barbecue INC.
CaliforniaBBQINC.com is all about BBQ Fans learning about whats going on, how to find local Barbecue Restaurants, and support their local teams. We want to link everyone together. Right now we are still adding teams, restaurants, and events everyday. We are looking for products to write about from California. We are dealing with the top barbecue companies to get more exposure for the BBQ Teams and Business we list. Its going to be a never ending job but we love it.
Our goal with California Barbecue Inc. is to list every team, every restaurant, every California Based Barbecue Business and connect them with BBQ Fans.
